Background
It is one of the new public administrations in which a number of specific groups are included, such as the elderly, the disabled, the marginalized, the displaced, immigrants, the incarcerated, and beggars.
Methodology
Data from various departments are collected in qualitative statistics from:
1- Administrative records of relevant authorities.
2-Specialized surveys.

1- The proportion of immigrants.
2-Percentage of displaced people.
3-Percentage of violent women.
4-Percentage of disabled people.
5-Percentage of elderly people.
6- Percentage of marginalized people.
7-Percentage of beggars.
