CSO concludes a training course for its employees in (electronic archiving )in the capital Aden

The Central Statistical Organization concluded, in the office of the organization in the capital Aden , today , Saturday , a training course for its employees in electronic archiving , which lasted for five days from August 19 to 24,2024 with the participation of 10 male and female trainees
The five-day training course dealt with many important knowledge and information, including mainly identifying the concepts of archiving and electronic archives, their importance and types, documents and information, and how to save and deal with them in the easiest possible ways.
It also dealt with the mechanism for preserving archived documents and converting them to electronic ones in various ways and means, in addition to digital storage and preservation, its importance and methods, as well as organizing, indexing, classifying and retrieving electronic documents.
The president  of CSO . Dr.  Safa Mautee stressed the importance of holding such training courses that aim to raise the capacity building of the Authority’s employees and develop them in electronic archiving in the age of automation in their fields of work, which would improve the quality of work and its outputs and protect it from damage.
Dr. Safa praised the distinguished level shown by the trainees, and their positive interaction that contributed to the success of the training course, hoping that all trainees would execute  everything they learned into reality, each in his department and specialization and in the appropriate manner, and she also stressed the continuation of training the rest of the staff. In conclusion, Dr. Safa honored all participants with certificates of appreciation to motivate them and their role and distinguished level during the days of the training course.
