Central Statistical Organization Launches the 2023 Annual Statistical Book

This is the second Annual Statistical Book issued by the Central Statistical Organization following its reactivation in Aden in August 2022.

The preparation of comprehensive development plans and the transition from emergency planning cannot be achieved without an integrated statistical database that accurately, objectively, and impartially reflects the current situation, particularly for the post-2015 conflict period.

The Central Statistical Organization has therefore placed strong emphasis on ensuring accuracy and credibility in every statistical figure and indicator presented in this publication. The 2023 Annual Statistical Book has also been expanded with new chapters, enabling readers to access the latest available statistical data and information.
