Central Statistics Organization launches a training course by a support from the United Nations Population Fund on methods of measuring social, demographic indicators and social protection of sustainable development goals

A training course was conducted by Central Statistics Organization in the capital, Aden, for employees on how to measure social and demographic indicators and social protection of the sustainable development goals, which is presented by the expert, Tahani Saeed Al-Khiba.

The President of Central Statistics Organization, Dr. Safa Abdullah Mautee , launched the training Course. Firstly ,Dr. Safa gratituded the United Nations Population Fund and considered UNFPA as a primary supporter in building capabilities. Secondly, she thanked the trainer,Mrs.Tahani Saeed Al-Khiba, for accepting the training.

Dr. Safa also gave a speech and explained the goal of this course which is building the capabilities of the unified statistical system in Yemen in the field of sustainable development, hoping them to benefit from this course and achieve the desired goals of this course .
