Media Office of CSO

Today, the President of Central Statistics Organization, Dr. Safa Abdullah Mautee , met Mr. Ibrahim Haddad from OCHA and Mr. Zakaria Saeed, Special Assistant to the Deputy Resident Representative and Humanitarian Coordinator in Yemen.

During the meeting, they discussed the population estimates presented by the Office of Humanitarian Affairs in Yemen, where the specialized technicians in CSO , the Office of Humanitarian Affairs, discussed the methodology that was available in the population estimates for  2024, and it was agreed in the meeting that the technical team in CSO and the technical team in the Office of Humanitarian Affairs in Yemen would meet.

The meeting was also attended by Mr.  Hassan Ibrahim, General Manager of Data Quality, Eng.  Hussein Abdel Nabi and General Director of Data Analysis Processing, Ms. Ashjan Tauqeer, General Director of Population Administration, and Mrs.  Jamila Saeed, General Director of Branches Management, and from Aden Governorate, the Governor’s Advisor for Humanitarian Organization Affairs, Redaa Jamil.
