Media Office of CSO

Today, Dr. Safaa Mautee met in the building of CSO in the capital, Aden, with the representative of the IMPACT/REACH organization in Yemen, Mr. David Prata and Mr. Corbinan Schenk. The president of CSO welcomed Mr. David and Corbinan and those present with them from OCHA in their first visit to Aden and to CSO .

During the meeting, Mr. David and Karbanan discussed the areas in which the organization works and its interests in.

 During the meeting, They discussed the cooperation and support within the framework of the organization’s activity, especially in the field of statistical analysis.

The president of CSO gave a brief overview of the most important work carried out by CSO and the support it received from a number of organizations in the field of building its capabilities in the staff and in the technical aspects. Dr. Safa gave an introductory tour to the offices and departments and how work is conducted in the Central Statistics Organization .

The meeting was attended by  General Director of Food Security Systems,  Roaa Al-Saqqaf and General Manager of Data Quality, Eng. Hassan Ibrahim, and General Director of the Data Processing and Analysis Department, Eng. Hussein Abdel Nabi and General Manager of Branches, Jamila Saeed
