 The President of Central Statistics Organization, Prof. Dr. Safa Abdullah Mauttee, inaugurated its official website of on the Internet for the first time.

This comes because of  CSO efforts to complete the restoration of its institution after conducting a number of surveys, including a multivariable cluster survey, which provides sufficient accurate data and information about the surveys. The inauguration took place with both Dr. Maryam Dogan, President of the Relief and International Organizations Team, and Professor Niran Souqi, President of the Relief and Humanitarian Works Authority in the Transitional Council, who praised the successes achieved by CSO and the remarkable progress in restoring its role and status as a state institution responsible for building the national database on which planning is based.

She gratitude the President of CSO, Mrs. Niran Souqi and Maryam Dogan were assisted to attend and participate, she praised IT team as well as the employees of CSO and confirmed that if they didn’t put their efforts, CSO would not have completed its journey today, which culminated after the cluster survey with inaugurate the website .

She also gratitude the United Nations Population Fund for its support in establishing the website and their constant support in building of CSO capabilities. She also thanked the presidency’s continued support for CSO. She confirmed that the old and current database will be uploaded within days.
