The President of Central Statistics Organization Dr. Safa Abdullah Mauttee, met today in the building of Central Statistics Organization (Hoqat) the representative of the United Nations Fund in Yemen, Inshrah Ahmed.

 At the beginning of the meeting, the President of the Central Statistics Organization welcomed Mrs. Inshrah and those present with her, and saw the workflow and activities of CSO and she thanks the United Nations Fund for their generous support  for CSO to build the technical and human capabilities.

During the meeting ,They have discussed aspects of technical support that the work need and activities that need to be implemented in the year 2024 in accordance with CSO Strategy and the outputs of Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey(MICS).

The representative ,Mrs. Anshrah ,stressed on the continuity of cooperation with Central Statistics Organization in the aspects of capacity building and conducting studies, as well as implementing the household budget survey with the World Bank.

The meeting was attended by Mr. John Paul Director of the Fund’s office in Aden and Mr. Alaa Ihab Coordinator in the Youth and Population Program, on behalf of the United Nations Fund as well as the meeting was attended by a number of employees of the Central Statistical Organization.
