The Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) is designed to collect internationally comparable key statistical estimates and indicators to assess the situation of children and women in the areas of health, nutrition, education, water and environmental sanitation, child protection and public interest. The Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey also provides data to monitor Yemen’s progress towards its global commitments such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as well as providing important indicators for measuring human development.
