Today , Dr. Safa Mautee met at CSO building the Deputy Resident Representative of United Nations Development Program, Mrs. Nadia Al-Awamla. Dr. Safa welcomed Mrs. Nadia and those present with her. During the meeting, Mrs. Nadia Al-Awameh checked the offices of CSO in which the organization works, including building the capabilities of CSO . Dr. Safa discussed the stages of restoring and activating the work of CSO, as well as the future projects , including the household budget survey with a support of World Bank and United Nations Population Fund( UNFPA) , also discussed the end of population projections in 2025 for the 2004 census, which means the necessity of conducting a comprehensive listing of the population, housing, and establishments. “It is necessary to support the government and organizations to conduct this listing “, Dr. Safa said. “otherwise we will reach 2025 and then we will be unable to carry out any surveys or development plans for this country” she continued . The meeting was attended by Mr. Abdel Moneim Mustafa, Director of UNDP Program in Aden, and Mr. Walid Ali Baharoun, Policy Coordinator of UNDP Program in Aden .
